Territorial network
In addition to our direct experience gained from the clinical studies we have already handled as DPO, we are developing an international network of local experts, with the aim of:
- Keeping our knowledge base up to date with the requirements of national data protection laws (including those concerning sensitive data);
- Supplementing it with requirements arising from the implementation of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), particularly with regard to the expectations of Ethics Committees and/or health research authorities;
- Providing a data protection service in the national language (DPO contact for clinical study participants, contact with the data protection authority);
- Providing our clients with access to the network, in order to mobilize it to optimize the regulatory startup phase of their study.
