Alcaom by Design is accountable for the protection of the personal data it collects, processes and stores, in particular in the context of its communications with the public or in the context of contacts with its prospects, customers or suppliers. Data processing carried out in the context of its business development is based on the legitimate interests of a company whose corporate purpose is to operate as a consulting firm.

We will provide you, for each processing of personal data concerning you and in the form of a notice, with the transparency information required by law and will tell you how to exercise your rights.

Alcoam by Design is a company established in France, a member state of the European Union, and therefore complies with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016) as well as those of the “Informatique et Libertés” law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978.

We implement appropriate levels of security to protect the personal data and information we hold or exchange in the course of our business, for example: end-to-end flow encryption of document exchanges, encryption of digital information storage media, confidentiality commitments, appropriate physical protection measures, location of data and documents exclusively in France, etc.

Access to the request for information or contact is subject to transfer of certain personal data by the user who wishes to benefit from said services. The legal ground for the processing of personal data collected from contact forms is the legitimate interest of Alcoam by Design to manage the relationship with its customers and contacts.

The type of data requested as well as the optional or compulsory nature of transfer is indicated to the user in the collection form. The data collected is exclusively processed within Alcoam by Design, and only by authorised personnel.

Alcoam by Design hereby undertakes to only use data collected in the strict framework of provision of the service requested and not to disclose or transfer this to any person whomsoever without the prior consent of the user.

The data is kept only for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, as well as in compliance with the regulations in force. The retention period of the data is brought to the attention of the user in the contact form.

Any user has the right, e.g. in the event that he/she considers that his/her rights are not respected by Alcoam by Design, to address a complaint to the CNIL, online https://cnil.fr/fr or by post mail (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 PARIS CEDEX 07). Any user not located in France may also submit a complaint to the personal data protection authority of the country where they reside.
